We are a family team, aiming to help mum Ruth as she regains fitness after her ileostomy surgery which was carried out on the 1st July. We are going to start softly with some walking and take part in the NHS’ Couch to 5K: week by week.

Every step by every person counts towards our 66,000km target, there is no set distance you need to achieve, and you don’t need to be active every single day, just take note of how much activity you’re doing.
