Telephone Befriending Service
We’re delighted to have launched our new Telephone Befriending Service..
This new service aims to support ostomates who may be experiencing loneliness or social isolation, by providing you with regular telephone contact with one of our specially trained volunteers (all of whom are ostomates themselves).

You’ll initially either speak to a member of staff or a volunteer who is living with a stoma and has been fully trained and DBS checked.
