Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

The promoter is: Colostomy UK (company no.05623273).

  1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.

Eligibility to enter.

  1. The prize draw is open to UK resident entrants over 18 years of age (Colostomy UK and Ostique staff members are excluded from the draw).
  2. In entering this prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
  3. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
  4. The prize draw is free to enter.

How to enter

  1. All entrants must be made by midday Monday 27th February. Entries after this time and date will not be included in the draw.
  2. To enter the prize draw, please complete the following steps:

For Instagram:

    1. Follow Team Colostomy UK and Ostique on Instagram
    2. Like Team Colostomy UK and Ostique’s Instagram post about the prize draw
    3. Tag 3 friends in Team Colostomy UK and Ostique’s Instagram post about the prize draw
    4. Share Team Colostomy UK and Ostique’s Instagram post about the prize draw to your Instagram story.

For Twitter:

    1. Follow Team Colostomy UK and Ostique on Twitter
    2. Retweet Team Colostomy UK’s post on Twitter

 

  1. Colostomy UK will not accept responsibility for entries which are incomplete or not received for whatever reason.

The prize

  1. The prize will be a Team Colostomy 2023 merchandise pack consisting of a polo shirt, training, shirt, and hooded sweatshirt, as well as an Ostique Sk.n in colour: Midnight.
  2. The winner will be drawn at random.
  3. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
  4. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
  5. The decision of Colostomy UK regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner announcement

  1. The winner will be notified after Monday February 27th by a DM on the Instagram or Twitter  account used to enter the prize draw and must provide a postal address to claim their prize.
  2. Colostomy UK will attempt to contact the winner up to two times.
  3. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to the message notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second message, they will lose their right to the prize, and Colostomy UK reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

Receipt of the prize

  1. Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.

Data protection and publicity

  1. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Colostomy UK for the purposes of administering the prize draw, for those purposes defined within our privacy notice and in accordance with the below.
  2. An announcement of the winner’s first name and Instagram handle will be made via Team Colostomy UK’s Instagram and Twitter accounts.
  3. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Colostomy UK’s privacy policy.

Limitation of Liability

  1. Colostomy does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that Colostomy UK does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.
  2. Colostomy UK is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  3. Colostomy UK does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to the product are that of the prize winner.

General

  • Colostomy UK reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
  1. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other social network.
  2. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
