Step Up for Stomas – Do 42

Take part in the ‘Step Up for Stomas – Do 42’ challenge, because every 42 minutes someone contacts Colostomy UK for help. Fundraise for us and help us make sure we’re here for every single one of them when they need us

Step up for stomas will run during the week of 14th October, the 42nd week of the year. During that period, we’ll be asking people to fundraise for Colostomy UK by taking on a challenge based around the number 42.

What’s Your Challenge?

Many of our supporters set themselves a physical challenge for Step Up for Stomas, as it is a fantastic opportunity to get fit while raising funds for a good cause.

If you fancy the active step challenge, you could commit to walking or running 42,000 steps during the week or covering 42km or 42 miles by bike or in the pool.

Perhaps 42 star jumps every day of the week from the convenience of the home makes more sense for those with busy lives.

Equally, if stepping up to the task in other ways is more your style, then take a look at the ideas below, for inspiration – or let us know what you’ve come up with!
