Meet Amy, one of our Step Up for Stomas heroes!

Amy is taking part in our challenge because in her own words

“I want to raise awareness of stomas and also show that activity with a stoma is totally possible.

I don’t want people to feel ashamed of their bodies and especially not be ashamed of what they have had to go through to keep living their lives. Stomas aren’t the end they can just be the beginning for a lot of people.

Being able to raise money for a charity that raises awareness and support ostomates is a massive bonus”
