April is Bowel Cancer Awareness month, and Colostomy UK Ambassador Nav Johal talks about her diagnosis at just 38 and stoma surgery thereafter. She says “The one thing I would like you to take away from reading this is please don’t ignore your symptoms, listen to what your body is telling you.”
