The first Saturday in October is traditionally Ostomy Day.

This year we’re using it as the opportunity to launch our brand new #StomaAware campaign and we’d love you to get involved!

Having these art sessions in my diary helped give some structure to my week.  I looked forward to them and seeing the same faces each week.
