My name is Ollie, I’m 36 years old and in December 2018 I had a Hartmann’s procedure colostomy.
I’ve always been keen on sport. At the end of March I ran my first 5K race since my surgery. It was a bit of a landmark as it took place exactly one year on from the start of my health issues which led to me needing a stoma. It was my stoma (who I call Steve) who put an end to them…..
