Ready to take the plunge?

Colostomy UK are pleased to announce that we will be hosting a month of Free swimming sessions in the North East this October.

The sessions are part of our Active Ostomates project and will give people with a stoma and their families the chance to enjoy a social swim in a supportive environment.

The dates and venues are as follows;

NEWCASTLE Saturday October 13^th  from 5pm to 7pm at Sport Central, Northumbria University, Northumberland Road, Newcastle Upon Tyne NE1 8ST

GATESHEAD Saturday October 20^th from 12pm to 2pm at Gateshead Leisure Centre, Alexandra Road, Gateshead NE8 4JA

BISHOP AUCKLAND Sunday 28^th October from 12pm to 2pm at Woodhouse close Leisure Complex, Bishop Auckland, County Durham DL14 6JX
