Swim with a stoma: Northern Ireland sessions

Templemore Sports Complex in Londonderry / Derry is hosting another of our free Active Ostomates swim sessions on April 15th!

These sessions are completely relaxed. There is no planned activity or lessons. Simply show up and use the pool at your own leisure. We book out the whole pool and the changing room especially for these sessions.

This session is completely free for ostomates and their family members.

You don’t need to take any additional steps to enjoy a swim. Your stoma bag has been designed with water in mind, although if stickers come with your box, they can be used to cover the filter and stop it clogging in water.
